10:00 Toddler Class

Happy Tuesday to all! Our toddler teachers were happy to see everyone this morning! This week’s topic is transportation. Ms. Erika showed our friends the different kinds of transportations. She sorted the kinds transportation that go on land, water, and air in a sensory box. You can make the box at home too. 


After Ms. Erika showed how to make the sensory box, Ms. Annie read us the story, The Wheels on the Race Cars. 


10:30 Primary Class

We’re happy to see our friends today! Ms. Jen said hi to everyone and told everyone how she loved all the videos you sent her for Teacher’s Appreciation. She misses everyone! 

To start the class, she did calendar, and our friends showed her through sign language what the weather is. For some children, it was sunny where the were; and for others, it was windy or cloudy. Wow, how we have different weather today!

Good morning friends! Ms. Annie started with the song, The More We Get Together. It was nice to see everyone today. Seems like some of our friends brought some of their stuff toys/ babies for circle. 

Ms. Erika did a felt story about mommies and their babies. Make sure to give mom a big hug and greet them on Sunday for Mother’s Day!

Craft Time! May 6

Good morning friends! For today’s art, we are going to make something special using our fingerprints. Ms. Erika demonstrated using painting our fingers using markers and making a fingerprint around the circle. You can use paint or other materials for coloring.

Good morning everyone! We were happy to see everyone today! Ms. Annie started with today’s greeting. Ms. Erika talked about shapes and what we could do when we combine all those shapes. She had circles, ovals, squares, triangles, and rectangles! In the end, she made a butterfly! How fun! Make some shape cutouts and see if you can put shapes together and make something!

10:00 Toddler and Primary Music Time

Aloha! It’s Friday, the first of May! We had a fun time in music class. We had a few friends who brought their own musical instruments; we had a harmonica, maracas, and ukuleles. We had some friends who joined in singing some songs. Some g helped Mr. Taylor leading the group in singing. At the end of our class, we sang our Aloha Oe/Lava song. Hope you enjoyed today's class. Craft Time! April 29

Today, Ms Annie has a great craft for us. We are making a school of fish. But our fish will be a fish family. This a family activity that will require an adult to construct and the entire family to play with to make a school of fish. In our calendar, we have a short video showing why fish have to swim in groups. Happy Tuesday to all! It’s April 28. We are almost at the end of the month! It was nice to see everyone today! Ms. Annie started with the Good Morning song! Our friends followed her sign language!

It’s Friday, and it’s Music Time here at MCDC At-Home! Mr. Taylor is ready to sing and play some fun songs with our little ones. We sang our good morning song, Here Comes the Sun, Twinkle Twinkle; and with the help of some friends, they led the group singing, Itsy Bitsy Spider and ABC.

Good Morning everyone! We were happy to see everyone today! Ms. Annie played peek-a-boo with the children. Ms. Erika sang the song, The More We Get Together”. Then, Ms. Annie read Llama Llama Mad at Mama by Anna Dewdney.
